Every second that a user spends trying to figure out your website reduces the credibility of the site and puts the user that much further from taking the action you wish them to take. In web design, we focus on usability and feedback to plan our moves. We are fanatical about websites that foster high levels of user orientation. We think deeply about navigation to ensure that every user's click counts. We count every user's click, too, when we apply proprietary Conversion Tracking process to your website.
